Introduction
Synigo Pulse is a platform to bring your personal working environment to life. Pulse brings together in a smart way: 1) managed content (intranet), 2) interactive content (social), and 3) data from other systems. We foster our platform with the vision that the success of your working environment is personal. Then you feel addressed as an end user.
You use and license Synigo Pulse as software-as-as-service (SaaS). Customers don't have to worry about the technical management. However you do want to understand how we take care of the technicalities and ship innovations to you. That's why we briefly explain how our release process works.
Working out new features
Our team constantly works on improvements and new features. To deliver quality, we work according to a rithm and structure. We do this in so-called sprints. Sprints are defined periods in which we brainstorm, develop, test and release use cases. An average sprint lasts 1 month. Synigo strives to release new business monthly.

Clarification to Figure 1 Release structure of Synigo Pulse: A sprint results in a publish of new features to your preview platform (https://preview.synigopulse.com). Your preview consists of the frontend as well as the content management system.
Please note that the preview platform is maintained by Synigo and is scaled up and down according to release needs. It might not be available during regular sprints.
Working process of continuous system improvements
Synigo continuously improves the platform. These can be small enrichments and solutions to bugs. The point is that we want these solutions available to you as soon as possible!

Clarification to Figure 2 Continuous Improvement at Synigo Pulse: in contrast to a regular time based release of new features above, continuous improvements are made available when needed. The beauty of our platform is this is possible without you experiencing any disruptions.
Experimental - early birds
In case you would like to experience work in progress you might be interested in your early bird environment. The early bird is intended for experimental purposes only.

Figure 3 Experimental features are released to a separate software layer, your early bird front end.
Clarification to figure 3: the early bird consists of a separate front end you can use to experience experimental features. Please note that this involves the portal only. You are looking through new software at your live data and CMS.
Where can I find my Pulse?
Your live portal always runs at https://portal.synigopulse.com or your custom domain name.
The preview url will be communicated through service e-mail.
The early bird will be made available asap.
