Intro
Since November 2025, Glendys Calzadilla – “call me Glen” – has been strengthening our team as a senior developer. And anyone who works with her notices it immediately: Glen smiles. Always.
She was born in Venezuela, grew professionally in Canada, and found her new home in the Netherlands. When her division at a bank moved to India, she consciously chose a new direction. She chose Synigo Pulse.
Impressed
We were actually looking for a mobile developer. And that was not the job she dreamed of (“been there, done that”). Still, Glen came in for a conversation. And she showed us that we needed her. In a different role than we initially thought. And the feeling was mutual.
